Turnkey Line Integration |
This Polish family enterprise has grown from producing tissue paper and kitchen liquids into a diversified manufacturer covering household cleaning products, personal care chemicals, and automotive care items. The company serves both domestic and broader European markets and continues to expand its product portfolio and production capacity.
1. Corrosive media demanded durable, chemical-resistant contact parts. The detergent and cleaning liquid product range contains active chemical agents that attack standard metal components, raising maintenance costs and unplanned downtime risk on any conventional filling and packaging line.
2. Seamless integration with an existing pillow-pack machine was required for the charcoal briquette line. The customer's existing pillow-pack equipment had to remain in service; new wrapping and palletizing machinery needed to connect to it precisely without disrupting upstream output.
3. Stable throughput from collating through to palletizing was essential. Charcoal briquettes require consistent cycle rates matched to upstream capacity — any bottleneck at the palletizing stage would undermine the entire line's reliability.
A complete turnkey line was engineered and commissioned:
Filling Machine → Capping Machine → Labeling Machine → Checkweigher → Shrink Wrapper → Robotic Palletizer
1. Corrosion-resistant materials were specified for all product-contact components, addressing the chemical aggression of cleaning and detergent liquids.
2. Structural design was optimized to reduce internal wear points, extend maintenance intervals, and minimize the risk of unplanned stoppages throughout the production run.![]()
A focused automation solution was delivered:
Wrap-Around Case Packer → Single-Column Palletizer
3. A purpose-designed infeed conveyor bridges the new equipment with the customer's existing pillow-pack machine, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted material flow from collating through wrapping to palletizing.
4. The single-column palletizer operates at 5–6 cycles per minute, providing stable throughput precisely matched to the upstream pillow-pack capacity.

• Detergent line achieved full-process automation from filling to palletizing, with corrosion-resistant material specification significantly reducing maintenance frequency and eliminating a key source of unplanned downtime.
• Charcoal briquette line was integrated without disrupting existing pillow-pack operations, forming a closed-loop automated workflow from collating through wrapping to palletizing.
• Both lines delivered stable, continuous production performance, supporting the customer's ongoing capacity expansion in the Polish and European chemical goods market.
Q1: Can your filling lines handle corrosive liquids such as bleach, degreasers, and multi-surface cleaners?
Yes. We select corrosion-resistant materials for all product-contact parts — including filling valves, nozzles, and conveying surfaces — based on the specific chemical composition of the liquid being handled. This approach extends component service life and reduces maintenance-related downtime.
Q2: How do you integrate new packaging equipment with a customer's existing machinery?
Integration starts with a detailed review of the existing equipment's output speed, physical dimensions, and product specifications. We then design a connecting conveyor or transfer system — such as the infeed belt used for this charcoal briquette line — to ensure seamless product handoff and synchronized speeds across the full line.
Q3: What industries do you serve with turnkey packaging line solutions?
We supply filling, capping, labeling, wrapping, and palletizing lines to manufacturers in household chemicals, personal care products, food and beverage, and industrial goods. Each line is engineered to the specific product characteristics, container format, and throughput requirements of the individual customer.
